Privacy policy
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can demand of us.
This policy is not yet complete. The seller’s registration details have not been filled in, and this page is not valid for a sale until they are. Until then, please contact the atelier directly.
The short version
We collect what an order requires and nothing else. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not profile you.
What we collect

Payment details never reach us. They go directly to Mollie, who are the processor for the transaction itself.
Who else sees it
- Mollie B.V. (Netherlands) — payment processing. Where you pay by Klarna, Klarna Bank AB (Sweden) also processes your data as their own controller.
- Supabase — database hosting, within the EU.
- Vercel — site hosting and delivery.
- Resend — sending order and enquiry email.
- Carriers, to the extent needed to deliver a parcel to you.
Where a processor operates outside the EEA, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.
- Enquiries: two years from our last exchange.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to Info@freavanmodron.com and we will answer within one month.
We must keep order records for tax purposes even if you ask for deletion; everything else can go. If you think we have handled your data badly you may complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
