30 days to change your mind, from the day the piece reaches you.
This policy is not yet complete. The seller’s registration details have not been filled in, and this page is not valid for a sale until they are. Until then, please contact the atelier directly.
Your right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. We extend that to 30 days as a matter of course.
The period runs from the day you — or someone you nominate — take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in parts, it runs from the last part.
How to withdraw
Tell us before the window closes. An email to Info@freavanmodron.com with your order number is enough — there is no form to complete and no reason to give. We will confirm receipt and tell you where to send the piece.
Return the piece within 14 days of telling us. You bear the direct cost of return shipping unless the piece arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, in which case we pay.
Condition
Try a piece as you would in a shop. You are liable only for any reduction in its value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning — worn, altered or damaged pieces may be refunded in part.
Refunds
We refund everything you paid, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the piece back — or of proof that you sent it, whichever is earlier. Refunds go to the method you paid with. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we refund the standard cost.
What cannot be returned
- Bespoke and made-to-measure pieces from the Atelier, made to your specification.
- Pieces sealed for hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken.
Archive and Edition pieces released by request are sold individually — where withdrawal rights apply, they apply in full, and we will say so before you commit.
Faults
Your statutory rights are unaffected by any of the above. If a piece is faulty or not as described, write to us and we will repair, replace or refund it. Everything we make is intended to last; if it does not, we want to know.
Where to send it
Do not send anything back before contacting us — we will give you the return address and, where relevant, a returns reference. Unannounced returns can go astray.
