Where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.

All prices include 21% VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout, before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.
Dispatch
Pieces are packed by hand, which takes as long as it takes — usually one working day. You receive a note with tracking the moment your order leaves us. Orders placed at the weekend are prepared on the next working day.
Where we do not ship yet
We ship within the European Union. If you are elsewhere and want a piece, write to the atelier — we arrange individual shipments on request, and will quote the carrier, duties and insurance before anything is agreed.
Duties and taxes
Within the EU the price you see is the price you pay: VAT is included and there are no customs formalities. For shipments outside the EU, import duties and local taxes are the recipient’s responsibility and are charged by the carrier on delivery.
If something goes wrong
Every shipment is tracked and insured in transit. If a parcel is late, damaged or does not arrive, tell us and we will resolve it with the carrier ourselves — that is not your job.
